Board exams and entrance exams, taught as one subject.

The Kota Edutech School Integrated Program takes students of Class VIII and X through a single, sequenced curriculum that covers CBSE boards alongside JEE, NEET, CLAT, CUET and IPM — inside one school day, not two separate ones.

Every topic is mapped once — to its place on the board exam calendar and to the competitive syllabus it feeds — so students aren't relearning the same chapter twice, in two different rooms.

About the program

Built to find and grow exceptional students, not just enrol them

The Kota Edutech School Integrated Program (SIP) starts by identifying strong students in Grade VIII and Grade X, then carries them through a four-year or two-year curriculum built to do two jobs with one set of hours: master CBSE board subjects, and build the problem-solving depth that JEE, NEET, CLAT, CUET and IPM/IPMAT actually test.

Selection starts with a written entrance test. Students who clear it move to a faculty interview, and the strongest candidates are offered a fee waiver — up to 100% — on either the 4-year or 2-year track.

Our vision

To find students with real academic range and put them in an environment built for competition — small batches, faculty who know their names, and a curriculum with no gaps — so more of them walk away with a top All-India Rank, not just a passing score.

What sets it apart

Eight things a normal coaching schedule can't offer

Most of these come down to one decision: keep batches small enough that a teacher actually notices when a student is stuck.

B

No gaps in the base

Physics, chemistry, biology and maths are built from first principles, so nothing downstream relies on a concept a student never actually got.

A

Reasoning over recall

Classroom time is weighted toward problem-solving and analytical reasoning, not toward memorising a method to reproduce on demand.

M

A test every 21 days

A Monthly Assessment Test keeps preparation continuous instead of backloaded, and mirrors real exam conditions well before exam day does.

O

Olympiad coaching

Dedicated sessions for IOQM, NSEJS, NSEP, NSEC and NSEB give strong students a harder ceiling to push against.

D

Doubts resolved daily

Every day ends with a doubt-clearing session, and faculty stay reachable into the evening for whatever's still unresolved.

P

Parents in the loop

Bimonthly parent-teacher meetings and a dedicated mentor per batch mean no one finds out about a slip too late to fix it.

S

Study material, not photocopies

Topic-wise question banks, past papers and formula booklets are revised every year against the current exam pattern.

F

Faculty who've done this before

27+ teachers, each with 5–15+ years coaching students specifically for JEE, NEET and allied competitive exams.

Academic roadmap

Two tracks, one destination

Choose the 4-year track from Class IX, or join the 2-year track from Class XI — both converge on the same full syllabus by the time board exams arrive.

Class IX · Building the base

Foundation year

Motion and laws of motion, heat and thermodynamics, atomic structure and organic basics, the living world and cell structure, number systems through trigonometry and AP/GP — set up so nothing here has to be retaught later.

Class X · Strengthening concepts

Intermediate foundation

Waves, current electricity and magnetism, chemical equilibrium and hydrocarbons, the cell cycle and biomolecules, sequences through mensuration — the last board-heavy year before the syllabus turns fully competitive.

Class XI · Competitive exam core

Core JEE / NEET syllabus

Kinematics, circular motion and oscillations, mole concept and chemical bonding, plant and human physiology, complex numbers through an introduction to calculus — the syllabus that carries the most weight in the actual exams.

Class XII · Completion and revision

Final push and full-length mocks

Electrostatics through electronics, solid state and organic synthesis, genetics and ecology, matrices through 3D geometry — closed out with full-syllabus mock tests under real exam timing.

Class XI · April – December

80–85% of the Class 11 syllabus

Kinematics through thermodynamics, atomic structure through hydrocarbons, classification through human physiology, relations and functions through an introduction to calculus — tracked with a Monthly Assessment Test throughout.

Class XI · January – February

Remaining syllabus and revision

The last portion of Class 11 is closed out, followed by full-syllabus tests covering everything from the year, before moving into Class 12.

Class XII · March – November

Full Class 12 syllabus, then first revision

Electrostatics through dual nature of matter, solid state through everyday chemistry, reproduction through ecology, matrices through linear programming — followed by a first complete revision of both years, at 2–3 mock tests a week.

Class XII · December – April

Focused NEET / JEE Advanced prep

The final stretch runs on full-length mock tests only, timed and scored exactly as the real exam will be.

Selection process

How admission works

Every applicant sits the same written test, held online and offline every Saturday morning. Class VIII and X (Science) are tested across physics, mathematics, chemistry, biology and mental ability; Class X (Commerce) is tested across quantitative aptitude, verbal ability, data interpretation and logical reasoning.

  • 1

    Sit the written entrance test

Available online and offline, every Saturday — pick whichever slot fits.

  • 2

    Clear the shortlist

Scores are reviewed against the current batch's cutoff for the applicant's grade and stream.

  • 3

    Academic interview

Shortlisted students meet Kota Edutech faculty directly — this is where fee waivers get decided.

  • 4

    Choose a track

Offered a seat on either the 4-year (IX–XII) or 2-year (XI–XII) programme, based on the applicant's current grade.

What students say once they're a year in

"

Joining in Class IX changed how I study — the teachers won't move to the next concept until you've actually understood the last one. My confidence in physics and maths has grown a lot.

The monthly tests keep me honest. I used to leave revision for the last week — now I stay consistent all year, and the doubt sessions after class have saved me more than once.

Small batches mean teachers actually know your weak spots by name. I was stuck on organic chemistry for months — the one-on-one attention here is what finally moved the needle.

It took me a while to realise boards and NEET prep aren't two separate fights — they overlap more than I expected. My board scores went up, and so did my NEET mocks.

I joined in Class X and the base I built here has held up ever since — every topic comes with solved examples, practice sets and past papers. Nothing ever feels half-finished.

My parents go to the PTM every two months, and they always come back saying the feedback was specific, not vague. There's never a surprise about where I actually stand.
